A partner who understands the work behind the vision.

Small-business owners deserve thoughtful, customized guidance. LUCE is built on that belief: understand the whole business, identify what matters, and create a clear path forward.

Behind LUCE is Vanessa -- an independent business consultant with a background in business administration and an MBA with firsthand experience building and managing a fashion retail business and service based business. Vanessa balances entrepreneurship, education, and motherhood and believe it has shaped her practical approach. She listen first, ask thoughtful questions, and translate research into recommendations that fit her customers goals and capacity.
