At Leslie’s Wellness Studio, together LVlightup and SoulfulBloomSpace are spaces to heal, create, and grow—where art meets spirit, and where every bloom is a reflection of the soul’s light.


My work combines creative wellness practices, healing art, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and intentional self-reflection. Many of these offerings were born from my own healing journey, including navigating chronic pain and rediscovering movement, creativity, and joy.


These resources are designed to be gentle, accessible, and human, allowing you to explore healing and creativity at your own rhythm.

About Me

Hi, I’m Leslie Saula, creator of Leslie’s Wellness Studio.

Through LVLightUp and SoulfulBloomSpace, I share creative healing practices that combine art, mindfulness, and self-reflection. My work explores tools like mandala meditation, neurography-inspired drawing, intention setting, and creative journaling to support emotional wellness and personal growth.

My path into this work grew from navigating chronic pain, trauma, and the experience of raising two neurodivergent children as a single mother. Creativity became a way to calm the nervous system, process emotions, and rediscover moments of peace.

Today I share these practices so others can explore healing through creativity, mindfulness, and gentle self-discovery.
