About Me
Hi, I’m Lacey Jane Wilburn, a contemporary artist and muralist perhaps most notable for my large-scale paintings of quiet drama, with subjects ranging from empty houses to stray dogs and architectural decay. With roots in realism but a tendency for viscosity, my paintings land somewhere between painterly representations and a saturated post-modern glitch aesthetic. For me, the medium is the message, painting is a language I can sculpt with my hands.
