I’m Telesa “Lady Tee” Wright, the heart behind Lady By Choice — a space created for women who are learning, like me, to live with grace, intention, and quiet strength.

Five years ago, I was everything the world applauded: busy, productive, and “successful.”

But underneath the hustle, I was exhausted — chasing peace while running on fumes. I realized I didn’t want to just survive success; I wanted to feel whole, rested, and aligned.

That’s when I made a decision:

to become for others what I needed back then — a reminder that soft doesn’t mean small, and that slowing down is still a form of power.

Lady By Choice exists to offer that reminder through simple, beautiful things — a candle that calms, a cup of tea that invites reflection, a journal that helps you heal, and words that encourage you to live intentionally.

I’m still on this journey — moving from the grind to grace, from pressure to peace, from doing to being.
