TOS follows the same terms that are in Neffertity's store for her Dovabrodian avatar. Do not ask for any NSFW edits to these avatars. If requesting the Unity Package for your commission, I am under no obligation to fix or replace your avatar file if it becomes lost or corrupted. Unity Packages are only given if you own all asset that were used in the creation of the dragon. If matcaps were used in the creation, those will be removed or replaced.

If commissioning a custom avatar to your account, I am not responsible if your avatar is ripped or stolen if you choose to make your avatar public. There are no refunds as this is a digital product and possibly has many different creator's assets on the commission. If you want to receive the unity package of commission you must at least own the base avatar and also own the assets that were used in the commission that are applicable. Terms also apply to the person who is being gifted. Do not make my avatars public if they are for purchase.

All my texture packs are used for personal use only. Do not resell, republish or claim you created these textures yourself. Doing so will get you blacklisted from my store.

If it wasn't clear with the many times it was repeated. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS.

Please do not make any of my premade avatars PUBLIC or you will be Blacklisted and possibly BANNED. Premade avatars are for your personal accounts only, UNLESS you are gifting to someone else. These are avatar uploads only.
