I started my weight loss journey in September 2013. It was really on a whim. I told myself that I'd dedicate 1 year to trying to lose weight. Not just one year of "trying" though. One year of doing the things it actually took to do so. I changed the way I eat, I started walking an hour a day, I only drink water, etc. Would you believe that it worked? Fast forward to today, I've maintained my weight loss and I currently help other women reach their goals. I've written 2 ebooks (working on a 3rd!), and I host 12 week weight loss challenges.
