Laneice Runnels, from Milwaukee, WI, has over 18 years of experience working with the Department of Workforce Development and currently serves as a District Director. She graduated from Fisk University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and earned a Master's in Human Services from Springfield College. Recently, she was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration (Hon. Ph.D.) from T.I.U.A. School of Business, an affiliate of Trinity International University of Ambassadors Corp.

Laneice’s passion for community impact has been evident throughout her journey. She previously founded Future Entrepreneurs Moving Ahead (FEMA), empowering youth to pursue entrepreneurship, and co-founded Big, Beautiful and Blessed (BBB), promoting positive self-image among young women. Though these chapters have concluded, their legacy of empowerment continues to inspire her work today.
