Mr. Langholff is an Airport Systems and Airport System Integration Project Manager and Consultant with over 42 years of experience managing subcontractors, engineers, and installation/construction teams, as well as commissioning teams in accordance with international standards and following ISO9001 quality management requirements. His experience includes managing expatriate and local staff in both established and emerging economies in engineering, designing, and constructing special airport systems; airport systems integration; and inspecting, testing, commissioning, and conducting training of IT/communications systems.
Mr. Langholff has extensive experience in transportation infrastructure tender documents in both established and emerging economies.
Mr. Langholff has been involved in many tenders in the Philippines, most recently the New Manila International Airport and earlier, the Mactan-Cebu International Airport Tender (Leighton’s in country bid manager), Bacolod and Tacloban airports (Takenaka bid manager).
