Refund Policy

I appreciate your purchase. Because my products are digital, all sales are final once you buy or access the files.


This means I cannot offer refunds for digital products after they have been bought and delivered.


  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to read the product description before purchasing
  • Lack of use after purchase
  • Compatibility issues caused by using unsupported software
  • Accidental purchases
  • Downloaded, accessed, or opened digital files
  • Presets, styles, templates, guides, and other digital resources cannot be refunded once delivered.

Please review the product description carefully before buying to make sure it fits your needs. If you have any questions, just ask. We are happy to help.


Software Compatibility

Each product listing shows which software or platform it is for. Please make sure you are buying the correct version before you check out.


For example, Lightroom presets work with Adobe Lightroom, and Capture One styles work with Capture One. These products cannot be used together.


Download Issues

If you have trouble accessing or downloading your files, please contact me through the contact form. I will help you fix the issue.


Damaged or Missing Files

If a file is missing, damaged, or will not open, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We know working files are important, and I will review your issue to provide a replacement if needed.


Unauthorized Sharing

All digital products are for use only by the person who bought them, either for personal or professional purposes. You may not share, resell, copy, upload, or include these files in any other product or service.
