Hi! I'm Diana, the engineer behind Latina Engineer! 👋🏽

I'm a mechanical engineer with experience in manufacturing, design, and technical sales. I've navigated career transitions, grown into six-figure roles, and learned how to build a career that evolves with my priorities.

Now, as an engineer, mom, and content creator, I love sharing my experiences and connecting with others navigating their own career journeys.
