2. Due to considerations of potential theft and redistribution, these files have been intentionally omitted.

• If you share a license key or have a record of using the ripperstore or any leaker server, you will be blacklisted by the licensing system.
• In such cases, no refunds will be provided and upload assistance will not be available.

3. Can I edit the avatar?

Yes, Gonso Licensing System Avatar files do not include FBX, FX, Parameter or Main Menu files. Most unity edits can still be made:

• Remove assets
• Any material edits
• Texture edits
• Add prefabs
• Add accessories
• Add toggles
• Avatar menu edits

Edits you can not do:

• Take the avatar into blender

4. 1 License Key, 1 Account Policy. Each Latitia Avatar license is valid for ONE VRChat account only and cannot be transferred.

• Your license key is locked to the first VRChat account it is used on.
• Using the same license key on multiple accounts (including your own secondary accounts) , is strictly prohibited and will be detected as unauthorized sharing.
• The Gonso License System automatically detects and blocks license keys used across different accounts or devices.
• System-detected violations result in automatic ONE YEAR license suspension.
• Suspensions for multi-account usage (different VRChat accounts) cannot be appealed or unlocked early.
• If your license is blocked due to logging in on a different device (but same VRChat account), you may request an unlock by creating a ticket in our Discord server with proof of purchase.
• Suspended licenses are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• License transfers to different VRChat accounts are NOT permitted under any circumstances.

5. Latitia Avatars permit a personal license that is valid for yourself and only you!

6. If incorrect VRChat username is provided during checkout, your license will not function and all rights to own/use Latitia Avatars will be revoked. License keys cannot be transferred or re-issued in cases of user error.

15. If you use Latitia Avatar for profit-making purposes (including but not limited to streaming, fansly/onlyfans, promoting your textures/assets, etc.), please include a hyperlink to the model on my payhip in the description.

16. Latitia products may not be used for any suggestions involving loli or children.

17. Each Latitia Avatar license is valid for ONE VRChat account only. The license key is permanently bound to the VRChat username provided at checkout. Using the avatar on any other account, including your own secondary accounts, is strictly prohibited and will result in automatic license suspension.

1. Latitia Assets permits commercial licensing, but only grants personal use rights to the purchaser. This means Latitia Assets is only valid for you personally, as specified in Section 5.

You are permitted to edit Latitia Avatars as you please within the listed limits:

• Public edits will be reported and may result in account action

3. Credit must be given to Latitia as an edit of insert avatar name

4. If you want to heavily edit to the point where the original is unrecognizable, please open a ticket on the discord server beforehand - my permission is required, and proof of purchase will be requested

• Heavy editing without my prior permission may be considered theft of body/head sculpts and is not allowed
• "Heavy editing" is defined as when most items on the model are removed and exchanged with other items

5. Latitia Avatar TOS still applies - no asset ripping or stealing/using/"borrowing" components from the FBX or Unity project

6. You are not allowed to edit the head and body sculpts as part of heavy editing

7. Breaking down the avatar to just head and body is not allowed, as my head and body sculpts are not for reuse - you must keep some original items in repeat edits

8. Latitia's name and/or logo cannot be removed, moved, or hidden on your edited fbx/model

Please download the "Read Me" text file from the download list. It contains detailed instructions on how to unlock and upload your Latitia Avatar.

2. Avatar Purchase & Usage Rights

• Upon purchase, you receive the necessary files and rights to use the Latitia avatar for personal use in VRChat and other supported platforms.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the basic knowledge to upload the avatar to your account using Unity.

3. Upload Assistance Policy (Updated)

We provide optional upload assistance as a courtesy service. This service is not included in the price of the avatar and is subject to availability.

• The standard fee is $5 USD for uploading the base PC and Quest versions.
• An additional fee of $5 USD (for a total of $10 USD) will be applied for uploading packages that include additional versions, such as Face Tracking (FT) variants or further optimized (Opti) models.

4. Process for Requesting Upload Assistance

To request upload assistance, you must create a dedicated "Upload Request Ticket" in Discord server.

You will be required to provide:

• Valid proof of purchase.
• Your VRChat account login credentials (username and password).

By submitting your login information, you acknowledge and accept the risks involved. We are not liable for any issues arising from sharing your credentials, though our team will handle them with confidentiality and solely for the purpose of uploading the avatar.

The upload service fee is for the time and labor provided by our upload team and is non-refundable once the service has been initiated, regardless of the final upload status on VRChat's end (e.g., due to VRChat SDK errors or platform restrictions).

Do not abuse the ticket system. Repeated, unfounded, or malicious requests may result in a denial of service.
