Wholesome Granola Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line an 8x8 pan or loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter + maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Fold in oats and any mix-ins.
  5. Press mixture firmly into the pan.
  6. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until set.
  7. Slice into bars and store in the fridge.

Optional Chocolate Drizzle

Melt:

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Drizzle over the top before chilling ✨
