By purchasing my Digital Artwork, I assume that you have read and agree to my "Terms of Use". Please read them carefully before proceeding.
A. USAGE & COPYRIGHT
- This download is strictly for PERSONAL USE only (for personal enjoyment, displaying it in one's home, or using it as a self-expression tool, or even gift them as a free gifts for friends, relatives, and others).
- The artist holds the copyright to the artwork. Please note that all my sales are “Digital Artwork” and it is “Intellectual Property (IP)” that is being purchased by you, the Buyer.
- All the artwork sold in the shop has been displayed on several social media accounts of the artist as product promotions and examples. Buyers can only forward and like posts of related artwork from the artist's social media, and do not have the right to upload digital artwork that has been purchased in the shop.
- Buyers may not edit, resell, share, modify, adapt, redistribute, or claim the artwork as their own.
- It is strictly prohibited to use the artwork you have purchased for AI images, NFTs, and others.
- The buyer may not use it in the creation of other physical or digital products for commercial use.
B. SHOP & PAYMENT
- Buyers can purchase Digital Artworks created by 'Lazy Seven' in available stores, such as: Ko-fi, Payhip, and Trakteer. (*note: I am more diligent in updating the products on Ko-fi and Payhip. For Trakteer, if I remember this platform, I will update them there, hehe ヾ( ´▽‵; )ゝ)
- Payment methods are based on those available on the platform, such as PayPal or credit/debit card. Full payment is due upon purchase, and items can be picked up (downloaded) immediately after payment.
C. REFUND POLICY
- Due to the nature of this product, I do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. However, please feel free to contact me if you have any issues with the file.
