Hi, I'm Tatevik

A founder of LeadResóura™, an executive coaching and leadership retreat center that helps leaders shift from pressure-driven performance to alignment, adaptability, and resilience, enabling them to navigate today's complexity.

Before founding LeadResóura™, I spent over 15 years in executive and entrepreneurial roles, building and leading multicultural teams, and steering companies through crises, achieving significant, sustained growth.

I know firsthand the cost of leading through urgency, control, and pressure, as well as what it takes to lead differently.

After coaching over 700 hours with startup and SMB leaders, I noticed the same capacity depletion patterns across the entire system.

In my work, I follow the Resourceful Leadership approach, using actual coaching methodologies, adult development concepts, and integral practices.

The Reflection Workbook emerged as a practical response: a guided tool for leaders to recognize where their leadership capacity is depleted and begin restoring it across personal, relational, and systemic layers.
