An accomplished education leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning nonprofit leadership, school administration, and higher education. As an elementary school principal, Dr. Myles led her school to National Blue Ribbon recognition in 2021 — one of the highest honors in American education.

She has authored three publications including a feature in NAESP’s Principal magazine, an ASCD blog post for new Black women principals, and a 2024 dissertation examining the lived experiences of six Black women superintendents in the Southeast.

She specializes in Leadership Coaching for district and school leaders.
