I am a Social Entrepreneur and Development Practitioner with over 10 years of experience designing and implementing women’s economic empowerment programs.

As the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Jazza Centre, I have led a social enterprise dedicated to training and connecting domestic workers to dignified and sustainable employment opportunities. Through this work, I have had the privilege of working closely with women from highly disadvantaged backgrounds, supporting them to access meaningful livelihoods and improve their long-term economic security.

My work focuses on building practical, market-driven solutions that move beyond short-term interventions toward sustainable impact. I am particularly passionate about designing systems that link skills development to real income opportunities, while promoting dignity, professionalism, and long-term growth.

The resources I create are based on real-world experience and are designed to support NGOs, social entrepreneurs, and development practitioners in building effective and sustainable programs.
