About Me
Hi, I'm Angie.
Learn and Re-learn with Angie is a small space for gentle, practical tools that help people pause, reflect, and begin again.
My first workbook, Your Steady Self, is for anyone whose work has started to feel heavy. If you dread Monday mornings, replay one comment for hours, or wonder whether the problem is the job or you, this workbook is for you.
Why I made it
At this stage of life, nearly every conversation with my friends ends up at work. Someone is always dealing with a boss, a colleague, or a workload that's too much. I joke that I know their colleagues by name without ever having met them, but underneath the joke, I understand how draining work can be. Everyone needs a way to cope before the pressure reaches a breaking point. That's why I created Your Steady Self: a guide to help you move through your own journey with a little more calm.
What it is and what it isn't
Your Steady Self is a guided workbook for self-reflection. It helps you understand your stress, set boundaries with ready-to-use scripts, build calming routines, and decide your next step at your own pace. It isn't therapy or medical advice, and it doesn't replace professional support. If you're struggling, a support page is included to point you to people who can help.
A promise
You don't have to fix everything at once. Small steps, repeated, are enough.
