As an educator, IBD warrior, gut health advocate and movement specialist, my healing journey has proved that healing and being healthy requires a holistic approach. Eating healthy, easy to digest foods is one way to rest, reset and aid digestive healing. It is one of the first steps to having a healthy functioning digestive system. My personal 30 year journey to finding digestive healing, has led me here today. My goal is to shorten your journey to gut health with all the that I have learned in order to support and guide you.
