With years of experience in the mortgage industry, I’ve helped individuals and families get approved for home loans. But I also saw firsthand how many aspiring homeowners felt overwhelmed, unprepared, or misinformed about what it truly takes to qualify for a mortgage. That’s why I decided to shift my focus from mortgage sales to homebuyer coaching and consulting.
