Hi, I'm Leng Zie - I help women realign: body, nervous system & soul, so they can become their most beautiful, radiant self!


Yoga was never just exercise for me. It was the bridge that brought me back to life.

There was a time when I felt completely disconnected — from my body, my energy, my sense of self. I was doing all the "right" things, yet inside I felt tired, scattered, and dimmed. The mat changed everything. Through movement, breath, and awareness, I found my way back to inner peace, strength, and confidence.


That gift was too precious not to share.

I know what it feels like when your glow feels distant when you're functioning, achieving, caring for everyone else, but quietly losing touch with yourself.

My work is about helping you remember who you are.

I don't just teach movement. I teach restoration.


With a decade of experience as an educator and guide, I've studied how the body moves, how the nervous system heals, and how the core holds our vitality, confidence, and life force. My background in teaching means I translate complex healing into simple, practical steps that fit real life.
