Hi there! I am Leonie, a mom of two little boys and your trusted yoga teacher. I specialized in prenatal and post partum yoga as well as yin yoga. After teaching classes in Zurich I now finally launched my very first online course for expecting moms - to prepare for this new chapter not only physically but also mentally.
