2. Nature of the Courses and Certification All courses provided by Lewis Legal Ltd are in-house training programmes. Upon successful completion, you will receive a Lewis Legal Ltd Certificate of Completion.

This certificate is not a nationally accredited qualification, diploma, or regulated professional certification. It confirms completion of our internal training programme only and does not confer any official regulatory status or special legal powers.

3. Important Legal Disclaimer Michael T. Naughton and Lewis Legal Ltd are not lawyers and do not provide legal advice or legal services. The courses have been prepared and presented based on current law in England and Wales (particularly criminal law and investigative procedure).

6. Intellectual Property All course materials are the intellectual property of Lewis Legal Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence for personal use only. Unauthorised copying, sharing, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Student Conduct You agree to use the courses lawfully and respectfully. Any abusive behaviour or attempts to circumvent protections will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability The courses are provided for educational purposes only. Lewis Legal Ltd and its instructors shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or legal consequences arising from your use of the information provided. You use the material entirely at your own risk.
