Failure to follow my Terms of Use / Terms of Service or rules can result in a warning, blacklist, or ban.

General Terms of Service

- Do not rip, leak, or steal my avatars, my assets or assets used on my avatars. This includes sharing with others at all! These are characters I have come up with and put time into creating, if you cannot afford an avatar check out my discord or wait for a sale.

- Do not claim my avatars or assets as your own.

- You must credit me when using my work.

- I reserve the right to make changes to files and descriptions as I see fit, even after they have been bought. This is mostly a fail safe as if I need to fix a bug I will at least add another updated file but if I do revamps this still applies. (I plan to only ADD files if I can help it! That way if you want to go to a later version of an avatar or asset you can <3)

- Purchases are final and refunds are not available. As these are digital files I have no easy way of giving you a refund, sorry for the inconvenience!

- Do not use my avatars or assets for AI. This applies to anything I make. I do not encourage or agree with generative AI used in this way.

- If you are blacklisted or banned from my discord or store you CANNOT continue to use my avatars or assets.

Asset Terms of Service

- You can always edit an asset I make, so long as you continue to credit me.

- Assets can be used on paid (commercial), free, public, and commission models. Please do not used my assets for nitro models (if you have a different version of that kind of thing, ex: when people sub to your ko-fi they get a model for free, that is okay!)

- Assets may be used personally in other games so long as you contact me and get permission FIRST.

Avatar Terms of Service

- Do not upload avatars I made publicly. If you need help uploading or you are confused about what that means feel free to make a ticket, I can help!

- Please refrain from using avatars I create for NSFW purposes. While I have no problems with others making avatars for this, it makes me uncomfortable to have my own avatars used in this way.

- You can always edit an avatar I make, if you do please send pictures of it in my discord! I'd love to see.

- Follow the TOS of the assets I have used by not removing them from the avatars.
