Digital Products

Our products are supplied as digital content and are made available for access or download immediately after purchase.

Under UK consumer law, consumers normally have a 14-day right to cancel contracts made online. However, this cancellation right can be lost where you expressly consent to the supply of digital content beginning during the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that, by doing so, you will lose your right to cancel.

Where you have provided this consent and acknowledgement and your digital content has been made available to you, you will no longer have the statutory 14-day right to cancel your purchase simply because you have changed your mind.

For this reason, we do not generally offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases once supply of the digital product has begun.

Faulty or Misdescribed Digital Content
