Yes. Digital products are delivered by email after checkout. If you do not see your download email within a few minutes, check your spam, promotions, or junk folder.

Once you've completed your purchase, you'll receive an email receipt containing your download link. That link takes you to your download page, where you can tap the download button to begin downloading your file.
For certain file types, such as PDFs, images, and TXT files, your device may open them automatically in the browser as soon as the download completes. If this happens, you can read or view the file straight away without doing anything else. You can also save it to your device from there by tapping the Share icon and selecting Save to Files.

Yes. You may print a copy for your own personal educational use. Printing can be helpful if you want to highlight sections, take notes, or bring questions to an appointment.

We know sharing a helpful PDF can feel harmless, especially when you want someone you care about to have access to the same information. But digital downloads are copyrighted materials, and forwarding or uploading a file is still considered redistribution.
Unlike large publishers or healthcare organizations, LifeLogic is a small, independently owned practice. These resources take significant time, research, clinical experience, writing, design, and editing to create. Sharing purchased files with others may seem harmless, but it undermines the work that goes into creating and maintaining educational resources like these.

Some resources are helpful even if you do not have current labs, especially symptom checklists and conversation guides. However, resources that explain bloodwork will be most useful if you have recent lab results available to reference.
