2. Digital Products & Delivery Policy

2.1 Nature of Products

Life’s Solid Ground provides digital products and informational resources, including but not limited to:

   • eBooks

   • Workbooks

   • Templates

   • Educational guides

   • Digital downloads

   • Informational resources

   • Other downloadable or electronically delivered materials

Products may address a variety of topics, including personal growth and mindset, business and productivity, relationships and dating, cooking and nutrition, fitness and health, and other practical everyday-life topics.

No physical goods are shipped unless explicitly stated on the applicable product page.

2.2 Delivery

After successful payment, digital products are made available on a download page. Payhip also sends an email receipt to the address provided at checkout with a link to the download page. Please enter your email address correctly, check your spam or promotions folder if the receipt does not arrive, and save your purchased files to your device.

If you cannot access a purchased file or did not receive your receipt, contact us at csr@lifessolidground.com with your order details so we can help. Delivery and access may be affected by email filtering, device or software limitations, or internet connectivity.

2.3 Digital Product Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and access may be provided immediately after purchase, all digital-product sales are generally final.

By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that:

   • You are purchasing electronically delivered content

   • Access or download may be provided immediately after payment

   • Digital products cannot be physically returned

   • Refunds are generally not issued after the digital product has been delivered or made accessible

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

We may issue a refund or other accommodation at our discretion when circumstances warrant it.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise expressly stated, the website content, original digital materials, branding, designs, graphics, logos, downloads, written materials, and educational content made available through Life’s Solid Ground are owned by or licensed to Forever Blessed LLC and are protected by applicable United States intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use that product for your personal use unless a different license is expressly provided with the product.

You may not, without prior written authorization:

   • Resell our digital products

   • Share purchased files with others

   • Redistribute our digital products

   • Reproduce products for distribution

   • Modify products for resale or redistribution

   • Upload products to file-sharing platforms

   • Make purchased products publicly available

   • Use products for commercial purposes unless commercial-use rights are expressly granted

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, ownership rights, or other intellectual property rights to the purchaser.

4. Digital Anti-Piracy Enforcement

Unauthorized copying, sharing, resale, or distribution of our digital products is prohibited.

Prohibited activity may include:

   • Torrent uploads

   • Unauthorized shared-cloud distribution

   • Resale without authorization

   • Unauthorized account or login sharing

   • Uploading purchased files to third-party file-hosting or file-sharing platforms

   • Making purchased materials publicly accessible without permission

Where permitted by law and appropriate under the circumstances, we reserve the right to:

   • Terminate or restrict access without refund

   • Revoke applicable licenses

   • Submit copyright infringement notices

   • Seek injunctive relief

   • Pursue damages or other remedies available under applicable law

   • Initiate appropriate civil legal action

We reserve the right to monitor for and enforce violations of our intellectual property rights.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, we encourage you to contact us at csr@lifessolidground.com so that we may attempt to resolve the issue.

You agree not to knowingly initiate a false or fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated after digital access has been provided, we may, where appropriate:

   • Suspend or revoke access to the affected product

   • Terminate the applicable license

   • Restrict future purchases or account access

   • Submit evidence of purchase, delivery, download, or account access to the payment processor or financial institution

   • Provide relevant transaction records

   • Exercise remedies available under applicable law

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising legitimate rights to dispute unauthorized, fraudulent, duplicate, incorrect, or otherwise legally disputable charges.

   • MERCHANTABILITY

9. DMCA Copyright Policy

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to appropriate notices of claimed copyright infringement in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), where applicable.

Where the DMCA counter-notification procedure applies, a compliant counter-notification may be forwarded to the person who submitted the original infringement notice.

Subject to applicable law, material may be restored or access reinstated not less than 10 and not more than 14 business days after receipt of a compliant counter-notification unless the appropriate party receives notice that the original complainant has filed a court action seeking an order restraining the allegedly infringing activity.

If you participate in the Life’s Solid Ground affiliate program, you agree to the following requirements.

10.1 Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old

  • You must provide accurate and current information

  • Participation and approval are at our discretion

  • We may suspend or terminate participation as permitted by these Terms or applicable program rules

10.2 Commission Structure

  • Commission rates are determined by the Company

  • Commission rates and program terms may be changed prospectively

  • Commissions are payable only on qualifying and verified sales

  • Returned, refunded, fraudulent, canceled, or otherwise ineligible transactions may not qualify for commission

  • Additional payment requirements may be established through the affiliate program or applicable affiliate platform

10.3 Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates may not:

  • Engage in unlawful or unsolicited spam marketing

  • Make false, deceptive, or misleading statements

  • Make unauthorized income or results guarantees

  • Bid on Life’s Solid Ground or Forever Blessed LLC branded keywords in paid advertising without written permission

  • Impersonate Life’s Solid Ground or Forever Blessed LLC

  • Misrepresent themselves as an employee or official representative of the Company

  • Use unauthorized coupons, promotions, or discount codes

  • Make claims about our products that we have not authorized or that cannot lawfully be made

Violations may result in:

  • Suspension or termination from the affiliate program

  • Forfeiture or withholding of commissions associated with fraudulent, prohibited, or otherwise ineligible transactions where permitted by law and applicable program terms

  • Other appropriate remedies available under applicable law

10.4 FTC & Advertising Compliance

Affiliates must comply with applicable advertising and endorsement laws and regulations, including applicable Federal Trade Commission requirements.

Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their material relationship with Life’s Solid Ground whenever making an endorsement or recommendation for which they may receive compensation or another benefit.

Required disclosures should be placed where consumers are likely to notice and understand them and should appear with or near the applicable endorsement, recommendation, or affiliate link when required.

Affiliates may not make false or misleading claims or claims about a product that the Company itself could not lawfully make.

11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forever Blessed LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from or relating to:

  • Your material violation of these Terms

  • Your infringement or misuse of intellectual property rights

  • Your unlawful conduct in connection with the Services

  • Affiliate misconduct attributable to you

  • Your unauthorized distribution or commercial exploitation of our digital products

This provision applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating arbitration, either party should provide written notice of the dispute and make a good-faith effort to resolve it informally.

Notices to the Company should be sent to:

csr@lifessolidground.com

The notice should reasonably describe the nature of the dispute and the relief requested.

The parties agree to attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days after receipt of the written notice before initiating arbitration, except where immediate injunctive or other emergency relief is reasonably necessary.

12.2 Mediation

If the dispute is not resolved informally, the parties may mutually agree to attempt mediation before proceeding to arbitration.

Unless otherwise agreed, mediation may be conducted remotely or at another mutually acceptable location.

Mediation fees and costs shall be allocated as agreed by the parties or as required by the applicable mediation provider’s rules and applicable law.

12.3 Binding Arbitration

Except for disputes described in Section 12.6, disputes that cannot be resolved through the informal-resolution process shall, to the extent permitted by applicable law, be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court.

Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under the AAA rules applicable to the dispute, including the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules where those rules apply.

The arbitration agreement shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”) to the extent applicable.

Arbitration may be conducted remotely, by documents, or at a reasonably convenient location as permitted by the applicable AAA rules.

Arbitration filing fees, administrative fees, arbitrator compensation, and other arbitration costs shall be allocated in accordance with the applicable AAA rules and fee schedules and applicable law.

If any portion of this arbitration provision conflicts with mandatory consumer protections contained in applicable law or applicable AAA consumer requirements, those mandatory protections shall control.

12.4 Jury Trial Waiver

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WHERE A DISPUTE IS SUBJECT TO BINDING ARBITRATION, THE PARTIES WAIVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE THAT DISPUTE DECIDED BY A JUDGE OR JURY IN COURT.

12.5 Class Action Waiver

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DISPUTES SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION MUST BE BROUGHT ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN A PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

If applicable law prohibits enforcement of this waiver for a particular claim or request for relief, that claim or request for relief shall be handled as required by applicable law.

12.6 Exceptions

Nothing in this section prevents either party from:

  • Bringing an eligible individual action in small claims court

  • Seeking temporary, preliminary, or other appropriate injunctive relief concerning actual or threatened infringement, misuse, or misappropriation of intellectual property rights where permitted by law

  • Exercising any right or remedy that cannot legally be waived or subjected to arbitration

13. Governing Law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in this provision deprives a consumer of protections that cannot legally be waived under the laws applicable to that consumer.

Where court proceedings are permitted under these Terms, jurisdiction and venue shall be determined in accordance with applicable law.

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for a failure or delay in performing obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, acts of government, war, civil disturbance, labor disruptions, internet or telecommunications failures, hosting or technology-provider outages, cyberattacks, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

This provision does not excuse obligations that cannot legally be excused under applicable law.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed as appropriate, and the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date displayed on this page may be revised. Changes become effective when posted unless otherwise stated or unless applicable law requires additional notice.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any policies, product-specific terms, licenses, or other terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Forever Blessed LLC concerning your use of Life’s Solid Ground and the Services covered by these Terms.
