About Me
I didn’t build this program from theory—I built it out of necessity.
As a single mom of two, my time has never been flexible. Back in 2021, I started strength training simply because I had a small window each day while my daughter was in daycare. At first, it felt like a chore. I wasn’t instantly motivated, and I didn’t fall in love with it overnight. But within a couple of weeks, something shifted. My energy improved, my mood stabilized, and showing up started to feel less like effort and more like routine.
Not long after, the physical changes followed—stronger legs, more defined shoulders, and a noticeable difference in how I moved through everyday life. Carrying kids, running errands, going up and down stairs—everything felt easier, more supported.
Over the years, I explored other fitness styles—group classes, high-intensity programs, different training environments. And while they each had their place, they all came with the same problem: they required me to fit into their schedule, not the other way around. Between limited childcare options and rigid class times, consistency became the challenge—not motivation.
I also realized that a lot of those programs were built around goals that didn’t align with mine. As someone who doesn’t need to lose weight, the heavy emphasis on constant cardio worked against me. Maintaining my weight already requires intention, and adding excessive cardio meant having to overcompensate just to stay where I was.
So I went back to what worked—and refined it.
This approach is built around efficiency, structure, and real life. It’s for people who don’t have hours to spend in the gym, who can’t rely on perfectly timed classes, and who need something sustainable—not extreme.
If you’re balancing work, kids, school, or just a full schedule in general, this is designed with you in mind.
There are a lot of workout plans out there.
This one is built for people who don’t have time to waste—and can’t afford inconsistency.
