What are your products made from?
Most Lil-Bee’s Creations products are 3D printed using PLA filament, a lightweight plastic commonly used for decorative prints and collectibles. Certain products may use other materials when noted in the listing.
Are your products handmade?
Each item is produced, assembled, inspected, and packaged by hand. The pieces are created using 3D printers, but every product still requires setup, monitoring, cleanup, and finishing before it is ready to ship.
Are your items made to order?
Most products are made to order unless the listing states that the item is already in stock. Production does not begin until the order has been placed.
How long does it take to make my order?
Processing times vary depending on the size, complexity, and number of pieces in the order.
Large figures, detailed reliefs, and book nooks may require additional production time.
Why can I see lines on my item?
Visible layer lines are a normal part of the 3D-printing process. Each object is created one thin layer at a time, so small lines, seams, or minor surface variations may be visible.
These characteristics are not considered defects and help make every piece unique.
Will my item look exactly like the photograph?
Every effort is made to ensure the product closely matches the listing photographs. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, screen settings, filament availability, and natural variations in the printing process.
Minor differences in layer placement, seams, and surface texture are normal.
Can I choose a different color?
Some products may be available in additional colors. Available options will appear on the product page.
For a color not listed, please contact Lil-Bee’s Creations before ordering to ask whether it is available. Custom color requests may require additional production time or cost.
Do you accept custom orders?
Custom requests may be accepted depending on the design, size, production schedule, and available materials.
Please contact Lil-Bee’s Creations with as much information as possible, including the type of item, approximate size, preferred color, and desired completion date.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that it can be accepted.
Can you create a completely new 3D model for me?
This depends on whether original design services are currently available. Printing an existing approved model is different from designing a brand-new digital model.
Original modeling or major design changes may involve an additional design fee.
Are the products toys?
Unless a listing specifically states otherwise, Lil-Bee’s Creations products are intended as decorative collectibles and are not toys.
Some pieces may contain small parts, pointed features, magnets, lights, or breakable components. Keep them away from small children and pets.
Are your products safe for outdoor use?
PLA products are generally recommended for indoor decorative use. Extended exposure to heat, direct sunlight, moisture, or extreme temperatures may cause fading, warping, or damage.
Do not leave PLA items inside a hot vehicle.
How should I clean my 3D-printed item?
Gently remove dust with a soft, dry cloth, makeup brush, or low-pressure compressed air.
Avoid soaking the item, placing it in a dishwasher, using harsh cleaning chemicals, or scrubbing it with abrasive materials.
Can I place the item near a candle or other heat source?
No. PLA can soften or warp when exposed to high temperatures.
Keep 3D-printed products away from open flames, heaters, fireplaces, hot appliances, and candles. Battery-powered LED candles are a safer decorative option.
How are wall reliefs mounted?
Mounting requirements vary by product. Some reliefs may include a built-in hanging point, while others may require suitable hooks, screws, adhesive strips, or mounting hardware.
The customer is responsible for choosing hardware appropriate for the item’s weight and wall surface unless mounting hardware is specifically included in the listing.
Does mounting hardware come with Eternal Relief products?
Mounting hardware is not included unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Because wall materials vary, customers should use mounting hardware appropriate for drywall, wood, brick, or other surfaces.
What is a book nook?
A book nook is a decorative miniature scene designed to sit between books on a bookshelf. Product dimensions will be listed so customers can confirm that the item fits their shelf.
Some book nooks may include lighting, removable components, or assembly instructions.
Do book nooks come fully assembled?
Book nooks are shipped fully assembled/partially assembled/as a kit, depending on the product.
The individual listing will explain whether assembly, batteries, glue, or tools are required.
Are batteries included with lighted products?
Batteries are not included unless otherwise stated.
The listing will identify the required battery type or power source whenever possible.
Can I request a different size?
Some products can be printed in alternate sizes, but resizing may affect detail, strength, printing time, and price.

Why do larger products cost more?
Larger pieces require more filament, longer printing times, additional machine use, more assembly, and larger packaging.
Some oversized figures can occupy a printer for many hours or several days and may be printed in multiple sections before assembly.
Will my figure arrive in one piece?
Many products arrive fully assembled. Larger or more delicate items may be shipped in separate sections to reduce the risk of damage.
The product listing will explain when assembly is required.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact Lil-Bee’s Creations within 2 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the damaged product
- Photographs of the shipping box and packaging
- A description of the damage
Do not discard the packaging until the issue has been reviewed. Depending on the circumstances, a replacement, repair part, refund, or other solution may be offered.
Can I cancel my order?
Because most products are made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 4 hours of purchase or before production begins.
Once printing or customization has started, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted according to the store’s return policy.
Made-to-order, customized, personalized, or clearance products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Customers should review all dimensions and product details before purchasing.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact Lil-Bee’s Creations as soon as possible.
The address can only be changed before the order ships. Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, the seller may not be able to redirect or recover it.
Do you combine shipping?
When possible, multiple products purchased in the same order will be packaged together. Shipping costs depend on the combined size, weight, destination, and packaging requirements.
Large or fragile products may need to ship separately.
Do you ship internationally?
Lil-Bee’s Creations currently only ships to the United States of America.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking information will be provided after the shipping label has been created and the order is prepared for carrier pickup.
Tracking may take a short time to update after the package is accepted.
Are your fandom-inspired products officially licensed?
Unless expressly stated in the product listing, fandom-inspired products are independently created and are not officially licensed, endorsed, or sponsored by the original rights holders.
Can I resell your products?
Lil-Bee’s Creations products are sold for personal use unless written wholesale or resale permission has been provided.

Can small imperfections be repaired?
Some minor breaks may be repairable using an adhesive appropriate for plastic. Contact Lil-Bee’s Creations before attempting a repair, especially if the item arrived damaged.
