Products available for preorder are clearly marked in their listings. These items are not yet manufactured - your purchase helps fund their creation.
Please only place a preorder if you're comfortable waiting for production to be completed.
Most preorders take anywhere from 2-3 months to fulfill. This counts not only time for production but also grading and packaging the product, and then sending each order out.
If you order other items alongside a preorder, everything will ship together once the preorder is ready. As I am only starting on managing the shop, preorder period may vary from one product to another, but any information about it will be available on the product page. Should any delays occur, updates will be posted on our website, Instagram and X accounts.

Most items that are sold out will eventually be back in stock. Such items usually have their own page that is not marked as (Preorder). The items that will not be restocked are labeled as (Limited Edition) in the product title. These listings for limited edition products are only kept up until the last item is shipped out.
Also for low interest items the product page will contain information about item being only for preorder.

This shop is very new, so the estimates on product pages can differ from the real ones. They will be adjusted gradually after I will receive more input.

Ordering from this storefront customers may be subject to additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their local authorities. Since I ship from Serbia, this includes customers in the EU, UK, and USA. These charges are not included in the final price and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. I do not control or collect these fees.

Not seeing your country on the shipping list?
Setting up shipping fees was a bit of a challenge, so there’s a chance I may have missed something in the process. If you're outside the US, feel free to reach out via the contact form to request it.
Unfortunately, shipping to the US from this storefront is not available at this time even for prints. Post of Serbia restricted packages sending to US aside from flat mail, primary document. But hey, don't worry, I've got you covered. You can get my prints from INPRNT and merch from Acggoods. Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support!

Coupons and discounts

When you go to check out you will be prompted for your name and email address. Just underneath that will be blue text that says "Add Coupon." Another window will pop up where you can enter your code. Make sure you do not have pop up blocked for this website.

If your coupon code isn't working, it has either expired or perhaps you have entered the code incorrectly. Please check both of those things first. If you are still having issues, please contact me through contact form.

Unfortunately Payhip only allows you to enter one coupon code at a time. If you have two different code for different products you will have to use them in separate transactions. I apologize if this cause any inconvenience, however I am unable to control how the Payhip handles this aspect.

This is expected behavior. Even for small items the shipping and VAT are calculated on top of discounted value.
Refund and Exchange

Please contact through our site's contact form to request a refund on unshipped orders.
The refundable amount will be the final checkout total (including shipping costs), minus a €1 restocking fee. This is true for pre-order items as well. It's a price for our payment provider which processed the order.
Any PayPal fees paid on the customer’s end are non-refundable as well.

Eligibility
As a small seller, we do not provide refunds or returns for items in good condition. If you package arrived damaged or items came with quality oversaw issue, please contact through our site's contact form.
Additionally:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the amount you paid.
Important: Do not throw away the packaging - it may be required during the claims process.
In case of Return you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Items that arrive damaged require proof of damages. Please contact us with photo evidence of both the item and the packaging so that a claim may be filed through courier.
