Commercial Licenses
All product comes with license of your choice that gives you some usage rights. You have two option: a MEDIUM (M) LICENSE & a LARGE (L) LICENSE. Both of them offer you a wide variety of commercial uses with different limitations in terms of production / reproduction / download numbers.
MEDIUM (M) LICENSE
Up to 2.000 (two thousand) products, reproductions, download or prints.
LARGE (L) LICENSE
Up to 200.000 (two hundred thousand) products, reproductions, downloads or prints.
General Terms
Perpetual, Non-transferable, Non-exclusive, Worldwide & Royalty-Free.
Credit is required on editorial and electronic/digital uses.The credit line must ready:“© Paula Luciana Rusconi | Limen Graphic Design". For other applications, it isn't require but greatly appreciated.
The licenses under no circumstances means a transfer of copyrights. All right remains with LimenGD.
You CAN use my designs
For personal & educational purposes.
On editorial material such as books, newspapers and magazines, either digital or physical.
On branding, marketing & advertising material.
On product packaging & labels.
On websites, blogs or social media publications (not templates).
On software.
On physical or digital products for sale.
You CANNOT do with my designs
Claim them as your own.
Re-sell, distribute or share them as is or altered, as part of a kit (e.g. scrapbook kits) or templates of any kind, neither digital or printed.
Use them in a digital format that enables them to be easily copied.
Use them to create logotypes, isotypes, icons, symbols, brand-marks, trademarks or any other type of commercial identification mark, sign or symbol.
Apply and / or sell them on Print on Demand items and websites (e.g. RedBubble, Society6, Zazzle).
Use them in any way that would be consider pornographic, obscene, immoral, infringing, unlawful or harmful in nature.
