L&I® was founded in 2018 by Kelly Nash, a career coach, writer, and speaker. Kelly boasts over 15 years of professional experience in digital marketing and employee engagement and currently works full-time in corporate at Salesforce. Kelly's unique insider perspective and 'coach-sulting' approach, coupled with her expertise in job search strategy, personal branding, and professional writing, has yielded countless success stories.
