Lisa Holt - Effortless Living




Lisa Holt grew up in a typical Southern African American family where daily activities centered around big dinner tables filled with lots of food and desserts. As a young adult, Lisa realized that this lifestyle would not contribute well to her overall health, so she began to make changes to her diet and lifestyle. 


At the age of 26, she got serious about nutrition and fitness. Lisa found that these changes had added so much to her life over the years that she got her certification as a personal trainer. 


Some of the major influences in Lisa’s journey to health and happiness have included numerous water fasts, including two 29 day water only fasts where she spent time healing physically as well as mentally.  Water fasting as well as working with mentors like Dr. Douglas Graham and Fitness Coach Kevin Myles has helped Lisa develop a well-rounded approach to nutrition and lifestyle.


Over the last 10 years, she has coached others at retreats, festivals, gyms, as well as online.
