Whether taken alongside the companion workbook and workshops or as a standalone course, you’ll be guided through a supportive, structured process that helps you express emotions, build self-belief, and rediscover your voice — gently and without pressure.



By the end of the course, you will have created at least one complete short story and/or poem, giving you a tangible sense of achievement and progress.

What You Will Need

·      Time to dedicate to yourself to do the exercises throughout this series, even if it's only 10 minutes per day.

About Me

My name is Lisa M Billingham.


I am an author, inspirational speaker, and workshop facilitator. I’m also a wellbeing coach.


In 2020, I wrote my debut novel, Katie, A New Chapter, a self-help work of fiction based on my experiences with poor mental health, domestic abuse, and major surgery.  Katie proves her resilience and makes friends along the way (A bit like I did.). I am proud to say this book has helped to save a life. 


I found the writing process so cathartic and enjoyable that I continued pursuing my passion, and I have now published three adult fiction books and three children’s books.

 

As an inspirational speaker, I openly share my story and speak on topics including but not limited to:
