Lisha is a Swahili word meaning to nurture. It is the philosophy behind everything I build.

I am a learning and development practitioner with 15 years of experience helping people close the gap between what they know and what they can actually do at work.

My background spans hospitality training, compliance and quality assurance, instructional design, and performance support. I have designed and delivered training inside regulated manufacturing environments, luxury hotel settings, and independent practice. More recently I completed formal instructional design training at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and applied it immediately to building structured, evidence-based learning resources.

The resources I create under Lisha Learning are practical, honest, and built around real performance problems, not theory for its own sake.
