I’m a mama to two beautiful boys. Our journey with our second son was anything but easy I was hospitalized at 23 weeks after my water broke following a cerclage. After holding on for 8 weeks, he made his arrival at 31 weeks and spent 39 days in the NICU.

That experience is what inspired me to create this workbook. It’s designed to support parents as they navigate the emotional rollercoaster of the NICU journey. Because the truth is this path isn’t easy, and us mamas deserve all the support, comfort, and understanding we can get. 💛
