Hi, I’m Melissa—the reading specialist behind Little Readers Big Growth. I have a master’s degree in elementary education and training in Orton-Gillingham and Take Flight, and I work with young readers in preschool through second grade.

As both an educator and a mom to a child with dyslexia, I know how overwhelming it can feel when reading is hard. I create practical, research-based resources that help parents understand what their child needs and make reading practice at home feel simpler, more positive, and more manageable.
