About Me 

Hi there, sweet pea! I’m LittlesYaya — and I’m a middle too! 

I created the Littles & Middles Coloring and Activity Book as a cozy, gentle space for all of us who find peace in play, creativity, and soft pastel worlds. This book is more than just cute pages — it’s a tool I made to help myself and others self-soothe, heal, and feel safe during our little or middle headspaces.

As someone who regresses and also engages in age play, I made this book with love for others like me — adults who embrace their little side in various ways.

Whether you’re coloring after a long day, tracking your goals with your caregiver, or just snuggling up with your plushie, this book is here to support your journey, your healing, and your inner softness.
