Why Azariah Tales Exists

In the past few years, I have finally understood what was meant by "the heart of man is desperately wicked."

I grew up sheltered, so the most evil thing I had seen was lying. I therefore could not fathom that people intentionally caused harm to others for their own gain, that this kind of evil even existed. Seeing this greatly unsettled me, and conversations with God exposed the enemy's plan of using childhood trauma to introduce wickedness and evil into the hearts of children, potentially allowing them to be used as arrows for destruction.

My breaking point was hearing about someone pushing another person onto a train track, just because. This broke me, because I was pregnant with my first child, and it birthed Azariah Tales.

Azariah Tales is God claiming back children, using men like J-Romz to do it. It is our prayer that as your child reads these books, whether at bedtime or any time at all, they encounter God in a way that convicts them and wins their heart for Him.

The Living Through Abba's Eyes (L-TAE) Mission

Every child enters the world with something extraordinary: eyes wide open, full of wonder, trust, and love. They see people without prejudice, the world without cynicism, and God without the layers that life so often adds. That sight is a gift, and it is worth protecting.

Living Through Abba's Eyes exists for one purpose: to help children keep that gift.

Through faith-filled books, psalm confessions, and resources rooted in Scripture, we give children the words, the stories, and the truth they need to grow up knowing who God is, how deeply He loves them, and how to talk to Him every single day. Not as a distant, unknowable God, but as Abba Father: the One who knew them before they were born and has never stopped thinking about them since.

Because children do not just need to be entertained. They need to be equipped: with a faith that will hold when life gets hard, with character that looks like love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control, and with a voice that knows how to speak to God, in the morning, at night, and in every moment in between.

That is what these books are. Not just stories, not just nice words, but truth in language a child can hold, speak, and carry into adulthood without losing.

Every book in the Living Through Abba's Eyes collection is grounded in Scripture, written for how children actually think and speak, and designed to be read aloud, spoken as confession, and used in homes, Sunday schools, and children's ministries everywhere.
