All products sold through our store are digital downloads — specifically, PDF files delivered instantly upon purchase. Because of the nature of digital goods, once a product has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. The file is yours. The content has been received. Unlike a physical item, there is no way to verify non-use or restore the product to unsold status.

For this reason, all sales of digital products through our store are final, and we do not offer refunds as a standard policy.

4. Free Products

No payment is required for our free lead magnet, so there is nothing to refund. If you are having trouble accessing or downloading a free product, please contact us and we will send it to you directly.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue is a breach of this policy. We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously and will respond to all chargeback disputes with full transaction evidence.
