• A confirmation and download link will be sent to the email address you provided
• Your purchase is final and non-transferable

• Upload the product to any file-sharing site, membership platform, or group access resource without explicit written permission from us
• Claim authorship or original creation of the product itself
• Use the product to create a competing digital product that substantially reproduces its content, structure, or system
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, branding, or attribution within the product

Violation of these license terms may result in legal action and will void any right to support or future updates.

4. Intellectual Property

All content within our digital products — including but not limited to hooks, frameworks, examples, AI prompt structures, copy, design, and organizational systems — is the original intellectual property of Locally AI and is protected under applicable copyright law.

Purchasing or downloading a product grants you the limited license described above. It does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property contained within it.

5. Accuracy of Product Descriptions
