You can do it even better! Here's a few tips...

Plants need to be considered carefully!
Adding plants to a model brings it one step closer to reality. It softens it, making it more relatable and captivating. But plants are also alive, how are you involving them in your design? Different species bring different amazing qualities, like decontaminating soil, attracting particular types of animals, insects, providing shade, bringing certain colours or blossoming during specific seasons. Design accordingly! If you have any specific plant requests just DM me on Instagram and I'll be happy to design them and make them available here.

Details narrate the story!
The chair, the lamp, the lines and the shapes, they tell the story of the user, who they are, what they like doing, how they do it, and what it looks like when they're doing it. This can be communicated even without having the actual user present. The objects create that atmosphere, they craft a context and the narrative. Not all models need to focus solely on the building, some can portray an experience, a feeling, and, in my opinion, those are the best ones! Zoom in and bring the viewer into the reality and daily life of your space. Even if it's a little messy! ;)

The style of entourage matters!
"Entourage", in architecture, is the people, animals, and inanimate objects placed around drawings or models to showcase a building in its reality, which can also be helpful to convey scale. Thinking about their style, colour and shapes,is essential. They need to be cohesive with the rest of your design as well as aid in telling the story of your project. They can be designed to blend in and almost disappear, or highlight certain rooms, aspects or uses of your space. And when not done well, they will distract the viewer from the rest of your beautiful model. Don't underestimate the power of your entourage!

About Me
I have a degree in Interior Design & Environment Architectures, and I was always very thorough in the projects I worked on at university. I liked choosing the species and placements of vegetation carefully, but I also wanted all that work to be seen in the models. Designing these plants and using them brings me incredible joy, and the coolest thing is that it seems to bring the same joy to people who see them, take a step closer to appreciate it, and then let out a big smile! My friends started asking for the files and encouraged me to make them available for more people to use, so here they are! I will be growing this collection as I design more plants and objects, and if you happen to use any, do tag me so I can cherish your designs too :)
