Kate Townsend is a certified Weight Management Coach with a Diploma in Nutrition, a Level 5 Personal Trainer, and a seasoned fitness instructor with over 14 years in the health and wellness industry.


Her journey is deeply personal. After facing her own weight loss struggles, Kate realised that traditional diet culture was broken, quick fixes and 8-week plans weren’t the answer. While most people know what to eat and what a healthy weight looks like, the real challenge lies in how to make it happen, and stick to it.


That’s where Weight Management Coaching became the missing link. It gave Kate the tools to bridge the gap between knowledge and lasting change. Now, she's passionate about helping others do the same, through practical, science-backed strategies for sustainable results.
