Working in construction for 15 years, and the last 7 as the owner of a joinery fit-out business. I know what it's like to juggle the work, the team and the admin all at once.

The shift came by creating a clear map and embedding AI into our systems, that enabled us to move past the busy phase and focus on the most important work - serving people/building the business.
