MY TESTIMONY: A JOURNEY OF HEALING, FAITH & RESTORATION

I also want to share something very personal with you my healing journey.

In April 2023, I experienced a serious slip and fall that caused significant injury to my right arm, including my shoulder, rotator cuff, bicep tendon, and elbow. It was a painful and life changing moment that affected my mobility and daily life.

In August 2023, I underwent my first surgery. The procedure required the use of medical hardware to repair and stabilize my arm. Afterward, I committed to 12 weeks of intensive physical therapy, working hard to regain strength, movement, and independence.

By June 2024, I began experiencing pain again. After further evaluation, I was told that my rotator cuff and bicep tendon had not fully healed. I then underwent a second surgery, followed by another 12 weeks of physical therapy, which I completed around September 2024.

Just when I thought I was healing, in March 2025, the pain returned. I was overwhelmed emotionally, physically, and spiritually. After additional testing, I was told I would need a third surgery.

I struggled deeply with that news. I questioned everything my strength, my journey, and even my purpose in the process. I did not want to go through another surgery, but I also knew I needed healing.

In January 2026, I underwent my third surgery. This time, the recovery was even more challenging, and I faced additional complications, including an unexpected accident during therapy that further affected my arm, neck, and back. My recovery extended for many months, and there were moments I felt discouraged and exhausted.

But even in my lowest moments, I never stopped praying.

I asked God not only to heal my body, but to restore my confidence, my strength, and my spirit. During that time, I began to be inspired to create natural ingredients and formulations to care for my skin and support my healing process.

To my amazement, over time, I began to see real changes my skin improved, my scars softened, and my confidence slowly returned. What started as something deeply personal became something others began to notice as well.

While attending therapy, other patients began asking me what I was using. At first, I kept it private, but eventually I shared that I had created a natural healing body cream that I was using consistently, sometimes three to four times a day.

That moment became a turning point.

What I once considered my private healing journey became a blessing I felt led to share with others. And that is how LorJae’s Healing Body Butter Cream was born.

My motto became:

Because I truly believe when we begin to feel better in our bodies, we begin to see ourselves differently on the inside as well.

Today, I am grateful to say I am healing, I am stronger, and I am walking in renewed confidence. My arms are no longer something I hide they are a testimony of survival, grace, and restoration.
