At LorJae’s™ Renewal Body Cream, customer care is important to us. Because our products are personal-use skincare items, return requests are reviewed carefully and must meet the conditions described below.
Return Request Period
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 60 days of purchase.
Requests received outside the 60-day period may not be eligible for consideration.
Product Condition
A product being submitted for return must not be completely empty.
LorJae’s™ Renewal Body Cream reserves the right to decline a return request when the product has been fully used or when there is insufficient product remaining to reasonably evaluate the request.
Skin Reaction or Product Concern
If you are requesting a return because you experienced an unexpected skin reaction or another product-related concern, you may be asked to provide reasonable information regarding your experience.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that appears damaged during shipment or you believe you received an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Please include photographs of the item and packaging when available so the issue can be reviewed.
Return Shipping
Instructions regarding where and how to return an approved product will be provided after the return request has been reviewed.
Customers should not send products back without first receiving return authorization or instructions.
Refund Processing
When a refund is approved, it will be processed according to the original payment method or other method permitted by the payment provider.
