My name is Lora, and for years I lived completely in my head – chasing goals, ignoring my body, and calling it “discipline”. It took burnout, anxiety, an eating disorder, and feeling constantly disconnected from myself to realise my body wasn’t the problem – it was the sign.
I created The Ultimate Wellness Notebook as the tool I wish I had when I started listening to my body instead of fighting it. My work now centres around helping women rebuild a softer, more trusting relationship with themselves through my personal story, nervous‑system‑friendly practices, honest reflection, and gentle daily rituals.
