Integration is the process of your system adjusting to the shifts created through the audio and allowing them to become your new baseline. It isn’t always instant or linear. Sometimes it can feel like nothing is happening when, in fact, things are still shifting beneath the surface. Integration doesn’t require you to do anything - it simply needs time and space to occur.

After listening to an audio, your system may continue processing and reorganising beyond the point where the recording ends. You might notice changes immediately, gradually over the following hours or days - or only when you realise you’re responding differently to something that would normally affect you.

Give yourself space, stay hydrated and allow the shift to land before going looking for the next one.
