1. All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds or exchanges are allowed.

2. You are purchasing the rights to use the textures you've purchased on one IMVU account only. To use the textures on a second account, you must re-buy the product and input the second account's name and catalog.

3. Sharing of purchased files in whole, in part, unaltered, or modified is prohibited. This includes sharing the file with others, selling it, or uploading the files on any website.

4. You are not allowed to use the textures bought to upload products on another platform (eg. secondlife).

5. Do not claim any product purchased from me as your own.

6. Do not set any products using my textures in part or in whole as derivable.

7. I am not responsible for anything that happens to your catalog after the purchase and use of any files from this shop.

8. You agree to be held liable if the instructions given in the description of a product are not followed. 

9. You cannot DMCA another IMVU shop for using the same purchased files as you. 

10. If your account gets banned and you want to transfer your license for use on a new account, you must let me know before you upload any products that use my files in whole or in part. You must also provide proof that you were banned.
