These terms apply to anything you buy from this store, which is run by Kate Taylor, United Kingdom. By making a purchase, you agree to them.

What you’re buying

All products are digital downloads. You’ll get access straight after payment, by download link and email from Payhip.

Your licence

When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own private use. Please don’t copy, share, resell, upload or distribute it, in whole or in part. All content is © Kate Taylor. All rights reserved.

Who it’s for

My content discusses sex and relationships frankly and is intended for adults aged 18 and over.

Not professional advice

My books and resources share dating advice and my own opinions, for information and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and they’re not a substitute for professional help.

I can’t guarantee any particular result in your love life, much as I’d like to.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Payhip and its payment providers (Stripe and PayPal). I never see or store your card details. Prices are shown at checkout, including any VAT that applies.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or any liability that can’t legally be excluded. Otherwise, my liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the product.

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you buy is the one that applies to your purchase.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Digital products

Because my products are digital and delivered instantly, you give up your 14-day right to cancel once you’ve started downloading or accessing them. You agree to this when you buy. This means I don’t offer refunds if you change your mind after downloading.

If something’s wrong

If your file won’t download, won’t open, is faulty, or isn’t what was described, email me at kate@lovekatetaylor.com with your order number. I’ll fix it, send you a replacement or give you a full refund.

Bought it twice by mistake?

Just let me know and I’ll refund the duplicate.

This policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
