These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of our digital PDFs (“Products”). These Products are provided by Love Single Living (located in Victoria, Australia), referred to throughout these Terms as “we”, “us”, or “our”. By purchasing, downloading, or accessing our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LIMITED LICENCE

All intellectual property rights in our Products remain solely ours. When you purchase a Product, we grant you a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to download and use the file for personal, non-commercial use only.

• You strictly must not copy, share, redistribute, resell, white-label, or modify our Products.
• You must not upload our Products to shared public cloud drives (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or iCloud) or share them within private online forums, social media groups, or message boards. Any unauthorized distribution constitutes a breach of copyright and contract.

2. DELIVERY AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Our Products are digital PDF files delivered instantly via an automated download link sent to the email address you provide at checkout on Payhip.

• It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is entered correctly.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary hardware, internet connection, and software (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, a web browser, or a compatible tablet annotation app like Goodnotes) to open, read, or interact with the PDF file. We are not liable if your personal device cannot open standard PDF formats.

3. PRICING, PAYMENTS, AND DIGITAL TAXES

All prices listed for our Products are in the currency stated at checkout. As a business operating from Victoria, Australia, we are not currently registered for Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST), and our base prices do not include Australian GST. However, because our Products are sold via Payhip, the platform acts as the "Merchant of Record" and may be legally required to automatically calculate, collect, and remit digital taxes (such as VAT, Sales Tax, or local GST) based on your global geographical location. Any such statutory taxes will be clearly displayed and added at checkout.

4. REFUNDS AND AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Due to the digital nature of our Products, files are accessible immediately upon payment.

• Change of Mind: In accordance with standard digital industry practices, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations if you simply change your mind after purchase.
• Australian Consumer Law (ACL): Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). If a PDF file is corrupted, unopenable, or fundamentally faulty, you are legally entitled to a replacement file or a full refund. Please contact us immediately if you experience technical issues.

5. PRIVACY POLICY & DATA HANDLING BOUNDARY

We value your privacy. Because our Products are static or fillable digital PDFs designed to be downloaded directly onto your personal hardware, we do not collect, view, or store any private details, reflections, or notes you write inside the PDFs. Your personal entries remain private on your own device.

• Any transactional data collected at checkout (such as your name and email address) is handled securely by Payhip and our payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal) strictly to fulfill your order and handle billing.
• Your email address will only be used for future marketing or newsletters if you intentionally tick the opt-in checkbox at checkout.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or perceived lack of results arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Products. You use the tools and information in our Products entirely at your own risk.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Victoria, Australia.
